Special Cause Marketing

Giving back is one of the main pillars of a Lottery. The money raised by the Illinois Lottery goes to education, highways, and special state projects. In Illinois, there are also four tickets that give to special causes like Veteran affairs, AIDS and HIV, Multiple Sclerosis, and Breast Cancer.

With the help of our multicultural agency, I lead the team in creating marketing and PR campaigns that appeal to millennials and other adults with altruistic tendencies. We align ourselves with events and organizations that support these causes, to reach new players and shift the perception of the Illinois Lottery.
